I started out my Career in Retail in 1997. In February of 2000 I started with a company that would come to be the life of my Career! I started out with Kohl's as a department supervisor and over the years worked my way up to an Assistant Store Manager in July of 2006. Over the next 9 years I would work in several different ASM positions as well as several different locations with Kohl's. The last 9 years of my career with Kohl's made me the person I am today! More confident, outgoing, a team player, outstanding leader, and so much more!
I quit my job of 14yrs with Kohl's last year to be a stay at home mom. I was scared as HELL because Kohl's was all that I knew, I was worried whether I was making the right decision but I was ready for what ever came my way! I miss it everyday! I miss being in the leadership role, the supporting role, the team building role, and most of all the customer service role!
Now I have started another journey with Avon as an Independent Sales Representative, once again I'm scared as HELL yet EXCITED all at once! I have high hopes that with all of my experience in customer service, leadership, supporting and team building I will be just as successful with Avon as I was with Kohl's! As Molly Stone-Bibb would say ONWARD! NO MATTER WHAT!!
Best of all I get to work from home, set my own hours, be my own boss, stay home with my kids and still get to help others!
